In 1938 Congress passed the Fair Labor Standards Act, setting, among other things, the minimum age at which a child can be gainfully employed. We absolutely, unequivocally, positively REFUSE to have picky kids. This isn’t just some character trait that we want them to shed, we believe it truly is the difference between life and death.
